Client Support Coordinator (multiple roles)

Risk Management and Safety Systems (RMSS) is a privately owned Australian company operating successfully since 2001 with its head office in Newstead, Queensland. A leading enterprise risk intelligence software developer, RMSS provides solutions to many of Australia's household names as well as organisations throughout the world transversing enterprise risk, event, compliance and claims management.

Our philosophy and the foundation behind our strategies and operating methodologies is a dedication to superior client relationships. The core aspect of our ability to deliver on this aspiration is the role of Client Support Coordinator. At RMSS, a Client Support Coordinator is the advocate for our clients, working within our organisation to deliver fast and reliable solutions on behalf of our clients. Much more than a help desk or a typical information technology support role, the Client Support Coordinator operates with autonomy; freedom to act and ultimately, the ability to problem solve and deliver in one action. In addition to this you will need to be capable and prepared to undertake administrative and data management tasks.

Those that have succeeded in this role in the past, and what we are looking for again on this occasion, is more about the type of candidate, their beliefs, behaviours and suitability for this type of role than any particular or specific work background or qualification. You might have had experience in a technology support role, personal assistant, administrative or account management role, sales roles or in any position where analysing and delivering creative solutions was a key requirement.

To suit the RMSS environment you must enjoy working as part of the team contributing to overall team solutions as well as the ability to rely on your own independence to tackle issues with innovative options. To start with we will train you to understanding and know our product intimately as the only way to ensure success. You will need to be familiar with technology products (Microsoft office/mainstream social media) from a user's perspective. As you gain knowledge of our product and its application in the market you will be allocated specific clients to develop and maintain relationships as well is represent RMSS in a professional, intelligent and fun loving way.

The career path for this entry-level role is the ability to grow your capability and value to RMSS allowing you to specialise and focus on many areas including training, consulting, project management, product implementation or product sales.
